DoMyBest

Terms

Effective 7 October 2026. By using DoMyBest you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

Who we are

DoMyBest is operated by [the LLC, pending registration]. Contact: hello@mail.domybestapp.com.

What the app is

A term is a commitment device: a run of days you sign, with a daily record of what you did. It is a tool for keeping a promise to yourself. It is not a medical service, not therapy and not advice, and nothing in it diagnoses or treats a condition. Items are marked proven when the timer, Apple Health, Health Connect or a photo taken in the app backs them, and claimed when only you say so. Proof is a signal, not a guarantee, and you are responsible for what you do with it.

Your account

You can use the app without one. If you sign in, keep your sign-in secure, and give true details. You can delete the account at any time from the app or the deletion page. We may close an account that is used to harm the service or other people.

Subscriptions

Paid terms are sold through the App Store or Google Play, when they are live in the app. The store charges you, renews the subscription and handles cancellation; manage it in your store account. Deleting a DoMyBest account does not cancel it. We do not give refunds ourselves beyond what the store gives: ask Apple or Google. If a subscription lapses, a term already running keeps running.

Share links

A share link makes a public card from counts and dates in your record. Do not put anyone else’s personal details, or anything abusive, unlawful or misleading, in your name or signed line, and do not use links to harass anyone or to spam. Anyone with the link can see the card until it expires after 30 days or you remove it. We may take a link down that breaks this.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, get around its limits, or use it to harm others.

Our side

The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your record safe, but we do not promise it will never fail, and a backup is a convenience, not a vault: keep your own export of anything you cannot lose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the app will say so before a change that matters applies, and continued use after it means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of [Wyoming, USA; pending counsel], without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
